PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sesame-containing acidic food satisfactorily having salty taste-retaining feeling in spite of having little or no oil content.;SOLUTION: The sesame-containing acidic food includes, 15 mass% of oil, salt, sesame, 0.5-50 mass% of casein and also lecithin. For example, at least one kind selected from refined casein, casein sodium and other milk protein is added to the sesame-containing acidic food to make the food contain the casein.
