PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment for conducting training of various events which actually occur at site in various operations that prevents disasters and operations of a controller at an emergency, or the like, while experiencing the events with the sense of presence.;SOLUTION: A facility operation training system includes a still-image data storage section storing still-image data of apparatus which is to be an object of the operation training; a moving-image data storage section storing moving-image data of the condition for operating various kinds of equipment; a text data storage section for storing text data containing the content of instructions to operators; a plurality of training scenario storage sections wherein the still-image data, or the like, on one stage in the operation training are associated, divided into a plurality of stages, and stored as a training scenario; and an operation training control section for displaying a list of the plurality of training scenarios, reading still-image data, or the like, that correspond to the training scenario that is selected from among the plurality of training scenarios, and creating and outputting output picture data together with an operation input receiving means which receives the operation input.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
