PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic examination apparatus constituted so as to obtain high examination precision in a natural state of an examinee.SOLUTION: The opthalmologic examination apparatus 1 is equipped with a screen 11, an examination control unit 3, a first image projection part 5 for projecting a visual target image, a second image projection part 7 for projecting a pointer image, a reflecting mirror 9 for reflecting the projected images of the first and second image projection parts 5 and 7 to project them on the screen 11 and a pointer operation input part 13 for inputting a pointer position. The examination control unit 3 is equipped with a first image forming part 21 for forming the visual target image, an image correction part 22 for correcting the visual target image on the screen 11 so as not to distort the same, a calculation memory part 24 for calculating the pointer position from the input of the pointer operation input part 13 to record the same, a second image forming part 23 for forming the pointer image, and an output part 25 for showing or outputting the visual target image and the pointer position.
