PSOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the halftone dot printed matter, a print region consists of two or more first regions, two or more second regions, ..., two or more (N-1)th regions, and two or more N-th regions (N is three or more natural numbers), and each latent image formed in each two or more regions is embedded in one image. A common reference point is established in each original image becoming a basis of each image, each image which consists of each pixel image, each mask image, and two or more dot sections is formed while making the reference point correspond, then a composite image is formed by doubling and composing each reference point, and the composite image is given to a base material to manufacture the halftone dot printed matter.
