PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable charging equipment to be installed in a mechanical parking lot with no charging equipment only by simple repair.;SOLUTION: This wheel-guiding guide device 11 includes: a guidance sidewall 24 which is parallel to a wheel guiding wall 16 of a pallet 5 for placing a vehicle and away at a predetermined spacing W to the width-direction central side of the pallet 5 from the wheel guiding wall 16; a forward and backward movement regulator (31) for regulating the forward and backward movements of the guidance sidewall 24 with respect to the wheel guiding wall 16; and a rightward and leftward movement regulator (32) for regulating the rightward and leftward movements of the guidance sidewall 24 with respect to the wheel guiding wall 16. The wheel-guiding guide device 11 is formed in a casing shape having the guidance sidewall 24 used as an inside surface.
