METHOD FOR CALCULATING LOAD SHARING AREA AND LOAD SHARING AREA CALCULATION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately provide parting lines of a polygonal slab in which the inner angle of at least one corner is 180° or larger or a slab having a support member therein.;SOLUTION: In a possible calculation range setting step 12 for a slab having a corner the inner angle of which is 180° or larger, a possible calculation range which is the maximum range of the slab area which may share a load is set for each of the periphery and the corner of the slab. In a possible parting line calculation step 14, a possible parting line which is the assembly of the points which are equidistant from any periphery and the corner is calculated within the possible calculation range. In a list preparation step 16, a list of the possible parting lines calculated by performing the possible calculation range setting step and the possible parting line calculation step is prepared. In a parting line determination step 18, a parting line which is nearest the periphery and the corner the inner angle of which is 180° or larger is selected from the list of the possible parting lines.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
