SEAL MATERIAL FOR PREVENTING OUTFLOW OF GROUT BETWEEN PILE AND SHEATH PIPE, AND SEALING STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal material for preventing an outflow of grout, which can be easily installed in a gap between a pile and a sheath pipe, and can easily respond to the size of the pile or sheath pipe, and a sealing structure and a construction method thereof.;SOLUTION: A cylindrical seal member 11 closed at top and rear ends is easily inserted to the gap D between the pile 4 and the sheath pipe 2, and spirally wound and attached thereto by crushing the seal member 11 by discharging the internal air by a vacuum pump or the like through an injection/discharge portion 11b. The seal member 11 is then closely fitted to the wall surface of the gap D in a sealed state by supplying a pressurized fluid such as water or air into the seal member 11 to swell it. The dropping-out of the seal member 11 is prevented by a support member 12 provided at the lower end of the gap D. According to this, the seal member 10 can be fixed through the lower end portion of the sheath pipe 2 without needing welding, and the damage on the seal member 11 is prevented by attaching the seal member 11 after the sheath pipe 2 and the pile 4 are positioned. Even if the size of the pipe 4 is changed, the seal material can easily respond thereto only by changing the length of the seal member 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
