PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion battery pack allowing exchange of a lead storage battery to a lithium ion battery.SOLUTION: A plurality of lithium ion batteries 30 connected in series and a substrate 4 mounted with a voltage monitoring circuit for monitoring voltages for each of the lithium ion batteries 30 and a temperature monitoring circuit for monitoring the temperature in a case body 5 are housed inside of the case body 5 with a lid. Positive and negative electrode terminal plates 42 and 43 conducting into the series circuit of the lithium ion batteries 30 and connectors 44 and 45 into which the monitored result by the voltage monitoring circuit and the temperature monitoring circuit is output are provided on a lid 50 so as to project toward the outside of the case 5.
