PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible board mounting structure which permits the terminal section of a flexible board and electrodes of connecting components to be joined in a narrow joint width.;SOLUTION: A terminal section 512 of a flexible board 500 and an upper electrode film (electrode) 80 are electrically connected in such a way that one face 500A of the flexible board 500 intersects perpendicularly the upper electrode film (electrode) 80 which is extending in the X-Y direction along the bottom face F of a groove section 700, or the top face in the Z direction of a piezoelectric element 300.
