PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building decorative board having, on the base material, an ink receiving layer, a printing layer formed by a printing system, and a top clear layer formed by using water-based clear coating, wherein ink bleeding and delamination in printing layer is prevented as much as possible and the durability (water resistance, light resistance and weatherability) of the whole of the decorative coating film is remarkably improved. PSOLUTION: The building decorative board includes, on the base material, the receiving layer formed by applying the coating for forming the printing object surface, the printing layer formed by ejecting ink to the receiving layer, and the top clear layer formed by applying the clear coating on the printing layer. In the building decorative board, the water-based clear coating which contains one or two or more kinds of curing agents selected from among a silane coupling agent, an oxazoline group-containing compound and a carbodiimide group-containing compound is applied as the clear coating.
