PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor belt and a conveyor belt abrasion detecting system capable of surely detecting an abrasion quantity of a carrying surface formed of cover rubber, without causing generation of a work loss and an increase in detection cost.;SOLUTION: This conveyor belt includes the cover rubber 12 forming the carrying surface C by containing a belt core body 11 composed of a metallic member, an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tag 13 embedded in the cover rubber 12 with a predetermined distance from the carrying surface C, and a cutoff sheet 14 arranged between the belt core body 11 and the RFID tag 13 and checking interference of the belt core body 11 with a magnetic field generated by the RFID tag 13 of receiving a transmission radio wave from a reader. The cutoff sheet 14 is formed of a magnetic substance of large magnetic permeability for checking to penetrate the magnetic field generated by the RFID tag 13 through the belt cover body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
