METHOD FOR PRODUCING PICKLED FOOD CONTAINING STONE CELL OF PEAR, PICKLED FOOD CONTAINING STONE CELL OF PEAR, METHOD FOR PREPARING FROZEN GRATED FRUIT OF PEAR FOR PICKLING, AND FROZEN GRATED FRUIT OF PEAR FOR PICKLING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unprecedented absolutely unique pickled food having fruity and mild taste and taking the advantage of texture of solid fruit pulp.;SOLUTION: There is provided a pickled food containing a pickled ingredient attached with stone cells of pear, i.e. a pickled food containing the stone cells of pear by grating a pear fruit, preferably peeled pear fruit in a manner to leave the stone cells, and pickling ingredients such as vegetables, animal meat and fish meat in the grated liquid used as a seasoning liquid. Granular crisp texture of a pear fruit can be left in the pickled food. A frozen grated fruit of pear containing stone cells and produced by grating a pear fruit in a manner to leave the stone cells and freezing the grated liquid can be used for preparing the pickled food throughout the year.
