PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop new energy friendly to natural environment for coping with global issues how to minimize global warming while considering that The Kyoto Protocol requires the exhaust reduction of greenhouse gas such as carbon dioxide for preventing the global warning.;SOLUTION: New energy friendly to natural environment is developed while using small energy to generate great energy. It uses natural energy to completely dispensing with fuel as power resource such as oil resources which are poor in our country and others.
