PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano-scale dispersion method in which a lipophilic or hydrophilic material is dispersed in a hydrophilic or lipophilic solvent so that the particle size thereof is the nanometer size of ≤100 nm and the lipophilic or hydrophilic material can be stably dispersed in a medium for a long time without using a dispersant such as a surfactant and to provide a nano-dispersion liquid to be obtained by the nano-scale dispersion method.;SOLUTION: The nano-scale dispersion method of the lipophilic or hydrophilic material includes the steps of: sending the lipophilic or hydrophilic material to a dispersion unit to disperse the lipophilic or hydrophilic material continuously in the hydrophilic or lipophilic solvent as nano-sized particles; and passing the lipophilic or hydrophilic material through a capillary flow path provided with a pinchcock.
