NOZZLE FOR LIQUID INJECTION MACHINE AND TWO-COMPONENT MIXING TYPE INJECTION MACHINE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure accuracy of the amount of discharge with no possibility of discharge of a liquid remaining in a through portion from a lower opening.;SOLUTION: A valve 3 is contained in a through portion 2 whose tip penetrates a long and narrow nozzle case 1, and a means of urging the valve 3 upward is disposed within the through portion 2. A conical seat surface 4 is formed, with the upper part of the through portion 2 in the form of tapered hole 2a expanding downward. The middle part of the through portion 2 constitutes a slide hole 2b, and the lower part constitutes a nozzle hole 2c smaller in diameter than the slide hole 2b. The upper part of the valve 3 serves as a valve body 3a to the conical seat surface 4; the middle part constitutes a slide portion 3b with the diameter equal to or a slightly smaller than that of the slide hole 2b; and the lower part constitutes a plug rod 3c smaller in diameter than the nozzle hole 2c. Two or more passage grooves 7, 7a and so on are formed in the outer peripheral surface of the slide portion 3b. The lower part of the plug rod 3c is expanded so as to form a plug 8 with the diameter equal to or a slightly smaller than the inside diameter of the nozzle hole 2c. While a liquid is allowed to flow through, the slide portion 3b in the valve 3 is guided by the slide hole 2c of the through portion 2, resulting in accurate operation of the valve 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
