PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method of a performance test for establishing the fine particle removing performance of a membrane and a nondestructive integrity test for preconfirming that the membrane after use is within setting in the fine particle removing performance, and to provide a test reagent to be applied to the test, and a method of manufacturing the reagent.;SOLUTION: With the aqueous solution in which the average particle size of ferric hydroxide colloidal particles is 13-200 nm and pH for stabilizing the colloidal particles is 2.5-4.0 as a test solution, the particle removing performance is measured. By including a plurality of water-soluble components for stabilizing the colloidal particles when bringing the test solution into contact with other substances, the stabilization of the colloidal particles is increased. Using the aqueous solution prepared by controlling the particle size of the ferric hydroxide colloidal particles by the mixing ratio of the ferric hydroxide colloid of a small diameter as a nucleus and trivalent iron ion concentration, the particle removing performance of the membrane is evaluated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
