UMBRELLA WITH EXTENDABLE CASE, AND EXTENDABLE CASE FOR UMBRELLA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella with an extendable case, where the extendable case in an extension state is automatically contracted.;SOLUTION: The umbrella with an extendable case includes: an umbrella 2 having a grip 11, a hollow middle bar 12, a ferrule 13, and an umbrella fabric 14; and the extendable case 3 which is extendably constituted by successively setting a plurality of cylindrical bodies (3a-3m) gradually and slightly different in diameter, and where the front end opening of the most inner cylindrical body 3a is clogged and a fitting part 35 to which the ferrule 13 is fitted is arranged inside the most inner cylindrical body 3a. The umbrella 2 is stored in the extendable case 3 in a state where the ferrule 13 is fitted in the fitting part 35. An electric motor, where a wind-up pulley is fixed to the rotating shaft, and power source means for driving the electric motor are incorporated inside the grip 11. The umbrella 1 with the extendable case also includes a tension wire 4 for connecting the opening edge of the most outer cylindrical body 3m of the extendable case 3 to the wind-up pulley via the front end of the umbrella 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
