PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a domestic wastewater purification treatment circulation system which highly purifies domestic wastewater safely and cheaply until it is suitable for drinking without using a chemical agent (flocculant) and repeatedly reuses it, and a domestic wastewater purification treatment circulation method.SOLUTION: The domestic wastewater purification treatment circulation system and the domestic wastewater purification treatment circulation method include: a composite effective microbial population culture tank 10 for storing and culturing a composite effective microbial population; a treated water quantity adjustment tank 20 for adjusting the quantity of the composite effective microbial population flowing into an advanced aeration tank 30; the advanced aeration tank 30 for carrying out adsorption decomposition treatment of a stain in sewage flowing into from the treated water quantity adjustment tank 20; a first separation sedimentation tank 40 and a second separation sedimentation tank 50 displaced in series for separating the sewage treated in the advanced aeration tank 30 into a solid phase and a liquid phase; a sludge storage tank 60 for recovering and storing sludge settled in the first separation sedimentation tank 40 and the second separation sedimentation tank 50; and a sterilizer 70 for carrying out sterilization treatment of purified water to be the liquid phase separated in the second separation sedimentation tank 50 which is a tail end separation sedimentation tank.
