PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the extraction of a problem caused by a difference in knowledge related to business between users, a problem occurring between activities of a business process, and a problem occurring when a plurality of persons cooperate that are problems on usability peculiar to a business system.;SOLUTION: This usability evaluation device for the business system includes: an evaluation advance information input part 101 inputting persona information, business process information, and task information as evaluation advance information used for the usability evaluation of the business system, and storing the inputted evaluation advance information; an evaluation information presentation part 104 presenting the inputted evaluation advance information on the same screen in accordance with a task; an evaluation result input part 105 presenting a question item about an evaluation target interface to be answered in a position of a user to an evaluator, and storing an inputted evaluation result information; an evaluation result presentation part 106 totaling and displaying the inputted evaluation result information; and a storage part 107 storing and holding various kinds of information as data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
