PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive and negative poisson ratio material.;SOLUTION: The positive and negative poisson ratio material includes a plurality of carbon nanotubes. In the plurality of carbon nanotubes, a part of the carbon nanotubes are aligned along a first direction, and the other part of the carbon nanotubes are aligned along a second direction.
