ANTICORROSION PROCESSED KITCHEN DEVICE MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely prevent a stainless steel top plate from being damaged with scratches, rust or the like generated as a result of interannual use when a sink cabinet, a cooking table, and a stove table having the stainless steel top plate made of a flat plate are arranged in a kitchen in a general housing or a rental housing as a kitchen unit because such a damage may cause corrosion, specifically pitting corrosion.;SOLUTION: In the sink cabinet, the cooking table, and the stove table, at first a polishing paper with coarse grains is attached to a vibration sander with a semi-hard square polishing pad and a secondary pad made of a soft material fixed to a rear face of the polishing pad to roughen a surface of the stainless steel top plate by grinding and peeling off a whole surface layer totally and evenly in accordance with a depth of the damage generated in the stainless steel top plate 1. Then a polishing paper with middle-to-fine sized grains is attached to the vibration sander to eliminate a damage with a rough polishing flaw. At last, a polishing paper with very fine sized grains is attached to the vibration sander to form an even and smooth mirrored coat. Thus, the sink cabinet, the cooking table, and the stove table have corrosion resistance and cleanliness.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
