PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To settle the problem that, for producing a microneedle array comprising a water-soluble stringy polymeric material as a base and a polymer drug such as a vaccinal antigen and insulin, contained in the tips, there is a desire for a substrate with which it is possible to dry and cure a base dope containing the objective substance by efficiently removing the solvent therefrom while keeping the dope inserted into a die.SOLUTION: Use of a porous water-insoluble substrate or a porous filter as a substrate makes it possible to dry, cure and detach from a female die a base dope containing the objective substance, while keeping the dope inserted into the die.
