PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply an appropriate quantity of treatment light according to the distribution of concentration of a photosensitive substance.;SOLUTION: Excitation light Ld is emitted from a light source 31 for PDD to a tumor affected part within a body cavity where the photosensitive substance is accumulated. Fluorescent light FL is generated from the tumor affected part with the applied excitation light Ld. The light from the body cavity including the fluorescent light FL is captured by a CCD 44, and a fluorescent optical image is generated based on an imaging signal acquired by the CCD 44. A concentration distribution specifying part 55a specifies the concentration distribution of the photosensitive substance accumulated in the tumor affected part from the fluorescent optical image. An irradiation distribution control part 54a controls the irradiation distribution of treatment light Lt based on the concentration distribution of the photosensitive substance.
