PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress feeding action of globefish flocking as a bait snatcher on chum, thereby reducing influence of the globefish and improving fishing result.;SOLUTION: Porous solid inorganic particles having a size of 2-10 mm are used as a composition for the chum. A bait component enters into the pore of the inorganic particle by mixing 3 kg of thawed and finely crushed krill with 1.5 kg of a powdery formula bait and the inorganic particles, pouring seawater to the mixture and stirring and allowing the product to stand. The product is used as the chum. Since a globefish has a habit to avoid a hard feed, the globefish biting the inorganic particle loses feeding desire to the chum and recedes from an area containing the drifting chum. Since the particle is porous, apparent specific gravity can be controlled to adjust sinking speed of the chum.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
