PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make artificial star sand rise up white to the surface without dyeing a color of glost firing glaze by pottery-making the artificial star sand having high strength and heat resistance and integrating a pottery body and the artificial star sand with glass powder or the glaze.;SOLUTION: White clay is filled into a star-shaped mold to mold the artificial star sand and the molded star sand is glost fired at 1,250°C to make the high heat resistant artificial star sand without being eluted and deformed with water in the glaze. The artificial star sand is made to rise up to the surface by glazing colored glaze without dyeing the color of the glaze by laying glass powder mixed with water on the artificial star sand to calcine and semi-melting the artificial star sand to fix it to perform coating.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
