PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a G0 transgenic chimera bird which produces an antibody. PSOLUTION: There are provided: a G0 transgenic chimera bird in which an antibody gene is introduced with a replication-defective retrovirus vector, and which produces an antibody by expressing the transgene; a production method for an antibody, which comprises recovering the antibody expressed by the produced G0 transgenic chimera bird; and a production method for a G0 transgenic chimera bird, which comprises incubating a bird fertilized egg and injecting a retrovirus vector into the fertilized egg excluding immediately after the initiation of the incubation.
