PSOLUTION: The electronic document calibration device or the like has a fixed form, and recipient type data for determining whether an expression is appropriate for a recipient, acquires a recipient type corresponding to an expression in an electronic mail document, based on the data, and determines whether the recipient type matches a recipient type assigned to the recipient or not.
