PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control device for a heating system performing operation control for heating balanced in terms of time and space to provide optimal comfortable feeling for a living person.SOLUTION: The operation control system for the heating system includes an indoor unit 3 of an air conditioner serving as an underfloor heating means for dissipating heat to an underfloor space 4 of a building 1 to indirectly heat a space 5 above the floor and as an above floor heating means for directly dissipating heat to the space 5 above the floor for heating. The operation control system further includes: a temperature sensor 12 for sensing the temperature within the space 5 above the floor; and a central control device 11 serving as a control means adjusting heat dissipation amount of the underfloor heating means and the above floor heating means of the indoor unit 3 of the air conditioner.
