PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly manage the consumables delivery timing without being seized with a fixed delivery form in response to a consumption degree of consumables in a delivery destination.;SOLUTION: A specified device does not have an inventory, and when an increase degree of a CV value is high, a toner cartridge 100 is delivered as the inventory. The specified device has the inventory, and when the increase degree of the CV value is low, the toner cartridge 100 is not delivered. The specified device has the inventory of one set, and when the increase degree of the CV value is high, the toner cartridge 100 is delivered as the inventory.
