PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reverse closed loop power controller which enables a mobile station of a mobile communication system using a CDMA system to actively control reverse closed loop power by taking account of radio wave environments of a forward-link and a reverse-link.;SOLUTION: The controller includes: a demodulation and PCB extraction section 12 which receives a call frame transmitted from a base station, demodulates the received call frame, and extracts a PCB to which instruction information on increasing or decreasing transmission power is assigned; a CRC inspection section 13 which inspects CRC for the call frame transmitted from the base station; a control section 14 which outputs a control signal for increasing or decreasing transmission power based on the PCB extracted by the modulation and PCB extraction section and a result value of CRC inspected by the CRC inspection section; and a power adjustment section which increases transmission power of the mobile station to a maximum value of the transmission power or decreases transmission power of the mobile station to a minimum value of the transmission power, according to the control signal for increasing or decreasing transmission power output from the control section.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
