PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning device capable of stably spinning fibers having a small fiber diameter in high productivity, a nonwoven fabric production apparatus provided with the spinning device, a nonwoven fabric production method using the nonwoven fabric production apparatus, and a nonwoven fabric produced by the production method.;SOLUTION: The spinning device includes one or more spinning units each having one or more liquid ejection parts to eject spinning liquid and one gas blasting part for blasting gas positioned upstream of any liquid ejection part, and satisfying a specific condition. The nonwoven fabric production apparatus includes a fiber collector in addition to the spinning device. The nonwoven fabric production method uses the nonwoven fabric production apparatus.
