IRRIGATION DITCH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irrigation ditch management system managing drawing of water to farmland from an irrigation ditch without going to the farmland. PSOLUTION: The irrigation ditch management system 1 works as follows: a terminal 2 is used by a farmland operator for confirming the condition of a paddy field F and instructing to draw water to the paddy field F from an irrigation ditch C; a management server 3 managing the condition of the paddy field F and/or the irrigation ditch C in the area to control the drawing of water to the paddy field F. A gate 4 is provided between the irrigation ditch C and the paddy field F to draw water and stop water according to the instruction from the management server 3, and includes a damming gate 41 and a water-drawing gate 42. The damming gate 41 dams water flowing through the irrigation ditch C, and gets down usually and is lifted when damming the water. The water-drawing gate 42 draws water in the irrigation ditch C to the paddy field F, is usually lifted and gets down when drawing the water. A water-level sensor 5 is set in the paddy field F to detect the level of the water in the paddy field F, and gives notice of the detected water level to the management server 3. A flow amount sensor 6 is set in the irrigation ditch C to detect the amount of the water flowing through the irrigation ditch C and gives notice of the detected amount to the management server 3.
