PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the protection of the personal information of an institute in a statistical analysis technology through a network. PSOLUTION: The information processing apparatus 100a is connected through a network to a center device for collecting medical information as information for specifying the features of each clinic or each participating institute from a plurality of clinics through a network, and configured to perform statistical processing by distributing medical information with the other information processing apparatus. The information processing apparatus 100a includes: a division part 123 for extracting the data of items as the objects of the statistical processing from the medical information of one clinic, and for dividing the extracted data, and for outputting partial data; an arithmetic part 124 for performing an irreversible arithmetic operation corresponding to the statistical processing to the data transferred from the other information processing apparatus and the partial data obtained by the division part 123 to set the partial data and the transferred data in a state that those data cannot be reproduced; and a transmission/reception part 110 for transferring the partial data or the data prior to the arithmetic operation to the other information processing apparatus.
