PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a certificate verification system apparatus capable of efficiently performing processing to verify the invalid state of a certificate.;SOLUTION: In a certificate verification system apparatus 200, a CRL 311 is acquired from a repository device 300 of a certification agency 320, the time for the certification agency 320 to next issue the CRL 311 is inferred on the basis of description items of the CRL 311 and just after the time, acquisition processing of the CRL 311 is automatically performed.
