PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of producing a product on which global wisdom is concentrated by disclosing detailed information that such a product is desired to be attained on the Internet, and supplying the product suited to requests of people in the world.;SOLUTION: Patent application of the detailed information is completed before being disclosed on the Internet, and a license is secured. Upon securing the license, collection is performed, the optimal products of structure, a controller and software are selected from applications, and a sales contract is concluded with an applicant. The above is named as a collection issue and described as the collection issue hereinafter. The applicant preliminarily attaches a retrieval result that the collection issue does not conflict with other intellectual properties in a system of the Patent Office. By performing the above procedure in this way, an intellectual property as the product, and an intellectual property at each part become steady.
