BOARDING TICKET MEDIUM, AUTOMATIC FARE ADJUSTMENT PROCESSING METHOD, AUTOMATIC FARE ADJUSTMENT PROCESSING PROGRAM AND AUTOMATIC TICKET GATE USING THE MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that it is possible for one IC card to adjust in conjunction with a commuter pass and cash, however, it is impossible for the IC card to adjust in conjunction with a coupon ticket, and there are various preferable ways of user's individual use in using of the coupon ticket, and usability is poor in processing in which the user subtracts one coupon ticket without exception for each time of getting on transportation.;SOLUTION: A boarding ticket medium for adjusting transportation fare by getting up the medium to an automatic ticket gate sets, in a memory area, a user designated usage rule for establishing a rule in using the coupon ticket in addition to the coupon ticket information, SF information and commuter pass information. At an automatic ticket machine, the user designated usage rule of the medium is set in response to instruction from the user. When the riding section cannot be adjusted through the commuter pass information by the automatic ticket gate, an optimum coupon ticket is selected from the coupon ticket information recorded on the medium on the basis of the user designated usage rule, riding time and date, and day of the week, then, the pieces for use of the coupon tickets are decided, and automatic adjustment is performed by using the coupon tickets by the pieces for use.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
