PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily monitor the movement itself of the heart continuously over a long period of time without imposing burdens on a user.;SOLUTION: The heart beat monitoring device 1 includes: a plate body 102 for which two flat plates having the same shape to be inserted to a bed part to be the chest position of a user are piled up while holding a piezoelectric element 101 in-between; and an output box 200 and a display PC 300 for amplifying the voltage signals of the piezoelectric element 101 and extracting heart beat data on the basis of a prescribed algorithm. Fine vibrations appearing on the body surface on the basis of the movement of the heart are efficiently collected by the flat plate 102 of a wide area pressed by the body weight, are turned to continuous signals by piezoelectric conversion, and are taken out.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
