PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-dip galvanizing method with a low environmental load by which harmful Pb and Cd are equal to standard value of an RoHS command or below, appearance and corrosion resistance equal to those of the conventional Pb-containing hot-dip galvanizing film can be imparted, and resources can be reused, and to provide a hot-dip galvanized steel using the hot-dip galvanizing method with a low environmental load.;SOLUTION: A hot-dip galvanizing film is formed on the surface of a steel by a dipping method and by using a hot-dip galvanizing bath containing, by weight, 0.005 to 0.05% Bi, 0.1% Al, and the balance Zn with inevitable impurities, wherein the content of Pb is ≤0.1% and the content of Cd is ≤0.01% in the inevitable, and wherein the content of Pb is controlled to ≤0.1% and the content of Cd is controlled to ≤0.01% in the plating film, and the film thickness of the plating film and the Bi content are set in such a manner that the ratio of Bi to the whole weight of the steel formed with the plating film becomes smaller than 0.005%.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
