PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anaerobic bacterium-culturing kit capable of easily and accurately detecting the anaerobic bacterium, to provide an anaerobic bacterium-inspecting device, and to provide a method for inspecting the anaerobic bacterium.;SOLUTION: The anaerobic bacterium-culturing kit includes a transparent bag 12 capable of storing a medium into which a sample for detecting the anaerobic bacterium is inserted, and capable of being sealed, and a culture case 11 having a storing part 24 for storing the transparent bag 12. The storing part 24 has a pair of transparent side wall plates 22 and 23 arranged so as to face each other at a prescribed interval, and an opening 24a for the insertion of the transparent bag 12. The medium into which the sample for inspecting the anaerobic bacterium is inserted is injected to the transparent bag 12, and the transparent bag 12 is stored in the storing part 24 of the culture case 11. The resultant bag is sealed and kept at a prescribed culture temperature. Light capable of penetrating the side walls 22 and 23, the transparent bag 12 and the medium is radiated, and the profile view of a colony by the penetrating light is detected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
