PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chassis dynamometer system for evaluating vehicle body vibration even when having some delay element, and to provide an evaluation method of the vehicle body vibration.;SOLUTION: The system includes: an acceleration detection means (S1) provided on a vehicle body on a chassis dynamometer, for measuring a vehicle body front/rear acceleration of the vehicle body or a drive shaft angular acceleration at the operation time of the chassis dynamometer; and an operation means (S2) for approximating an acceleration measured by the acceleration detection means to a conditional formula shown by formula (1) by an optimization technique, and estimating each parameter of a gain K, an attenuation coefficient of the vehicle body vibration ζ, a natural frequency of the vehicle body vibration ωn, and a time constant Td. In this case, an output waveform of the acceleration of vibration can be approximated to response of a secondary delay system from the feature of the waveform, and assuming that a transmission function from a torque to the vehicle body front/rear acceleration or the like is G(s), the output waveform can be approximated to a secondary delay standard form of the formula (1), wherein s is a Laplacian operator.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
