PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify data input operation in a data input system using a digital pen.;SOLUTION: A data input sheet generation device 10 of this data input sheet processing system 1 obtains position information corresponding to identification information from correspondence information indicating a combination between positions of check columns corresponding to the identification information of a data input sheet 4, makes an identification information area 41 in a state in which only the check columns are clearly indicated, and outputs the data input sheet 4. The digital pen 20 transmits a dot pattern of a track handwritten on the data input sheet 4 to a data input sheet processor 30.
