PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein the output voltage of a single photovoltaic cell or a single fuel cell is very low, such as 0.2 to 0.6 V, so when boosting the voltage and accumulating the energy in a secondary battery, a boost circuit needs to start a boosting operation from an extremely low voltage region as low as about 0.2 V.;SOLUTION: There is provided a DC-DC conversion apparatus which surely starts up and has an accurate frequency by incorporating a correction mechanism that starts oscillation from an extremely low voltage by using a sub-threshold region of FET and generates a stable frequency against a change in ambient temperature.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
