PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a versatile stick storing a function to be required in climbing mountains.;SOLUTION: The versatile stick is characterized that: (A) a grip is formed in a T shape thereby to easily apply force from an upper part, and constitute an umbrella; (B) the tip part is mounted on the front end of the grip, so as to be normally used as a stick by mounting a cap or to be used as a weapon in a battle with a feral dog or a bear by removing the cap; (C) the described umbrella member is made to be extendable in two stages with the use of metallic, especially, aluminum pipes, so as to have strength as a pickel when inserting the umbrella member; and (D) the umbrella is opened and an internally mounted cylindrical net is suspended, so as to be used as a protection net in a case where attacked by hornets or gadflies.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
