PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rising structure of a tide preventive plate that can automatically exhibit a tide preventing function only in flood due to a storm surge, a tidal wave, torrential rain or other water level rises without an excessive construction cost.;SOLUTION: The rising structure of the tide preventive plate is constituted by providing a float on one end side of the tide preventive plate, and a weight on the other end side, providing the lower face of the tide preventive plate with an arm in a position where moment of force is substantially balanced in a stationary state, journaling the tide preventive plate rotatably by the open end of the arm, providing, below the tide preventive plate, a first recess allowing the inflow of water inside while enclosing the float, and a second recess interrupting the rotation of the tide preventive plate in a predetermined position, and allowing the float to float when the first recess is flooded, to decenter the center of gravity of the tide preventive plate to the weight side, thereby causing the tide preventive plate to rotate and rise itself.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
