DOUBLE IMPELLER POWER TYPE COOLING TOWER WATER TURBINE AND COOLING TOWER

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double impeller power type cooling tower water turbine and a cooling tower, which further improve the conversion efficiency of water energy by sufficiently using surplus kinetic energy and potential energy of cooled water made to flow in a water feeding pipe within the cooling tower and save electric power by simple conversion without drastically changing the structure of an existing cooling tower. PSOLUTION: A cooling tower fan rotating main shaft 4 of the water turbine 30 is installed at the center of a housing 3 via a bearing, and in the cooling tower fan rotating main shaft 4, a fan gear 5 is fitted to the outside of the housing 3. Water turbine impellers 1, 2 are arranged on both sides of the housing 3 so that their centers become symmetrical. The two water turbine impellers 1, 2 include independent water suction ports 11, 21 and water discharge ports 12, 22, respectively. Water impeller gears 13, 32 are installed at the outer extended ends of rotating shafts of the water turbine impellers 1, 2, respectively.
