PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently store and extract huge pieces of time-series data, and to express the quick sudden fluctuation of the value of data, and to flexibly respond to the fluctuation of the acquisition interval of the data.;SOLUTION: An A tag expressing the type of the order of time and a B tag expressing the type of a break in the order of time are decided based on the data time information of the data for every data configuring the time-series data, and a differential value expressing a change rate per time is calculated based on the data value of the data, and an thinned-out tag based on the A tag and the B tag and the differential value are stored with the data, and data having the differential value satisfying the set conditions of the differential value based on data having the thinned-out tag satisfying the conditions of the thinning-out tag set based on a data extraction interval and the data change ratio from among the plurality of stored data is extracted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
