PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fiber-reinforced composite ceramic material in which a film (sliding layer) with almost uniform thickness dimensions can be easily formed on ceramic fiber in the whole region of the fiber-reinforced composite ceramic material.;SOLUTION: The method includes a step (S1) of immersing ceramic fibers into a liquid obtained by dissolving an organic material producing carbon by thermal decomposition; a step (S3) of taking out the ceramic fiber from the liquid with the above organic material dissolved therein, drying the ceramic fiber, and forming an organic material film on the ceramic fiber; a step of forming a molded body with a prescribed shape by the ceramic fiber and the ceramic slurry; and a step (S4) of firing the molded body, subjecting the organic material to thermal decomposition, and converting the organic material film formed on the ceramic fiber into a carbonaceous layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
