PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly bond a magnetic member and a magnetic coupling member together by securing adhesive strength in a mounting structure of the magnetic member, a method of bonding the magnetic member and the magnetic coupling member, a pickup unit, and a disk apparatus.;SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the magnetic member 50 at least including the magnetic member 50, the magnetic coupling member 10I mounted with the magnetic member 50, and an adhesive member 60 bonding the magnetic member 50 to the magnetic coupling member 10I is constructed. The magnetic member 50 is certainly bonded to the magnetic coupling member 10I by mounting an adhesion securing portions 12aI, 12bI configured to secure adhesive strength on either one or both of the magnetic member 50 and the magnetic coupling member 10I.
