PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roughened hot-dip galvannealed steel sheet capable of imparting excellent adhesiveness when a resin is brought into contact with the surface of the hot-dip galvannealed steel sheet.;SOLUTION: The hot-dip galvannealed steel sheet is prepared, which has a plating layer in which the Fe content is in a range of 3-20 mass%. The hot-dip galvannealed steel sheet is immersed in oxidizing acid aqueous solution to form a plurality of pits with its average depth being ≥0.8 μm, and the ratio of the average depth from the surface of the plating layer to the film thickness of the plating layer being ≤80% on the surface of the plating layer.
