Center hole provisional determining means assumes a position of the center hole in the material crankshaft based on the three-dimensional shape data. By simulating the processing for the material crankshaft based on the center hole position is assumed, the shape specifying means specifies a shape of the processing after the simulated material crankshaft. Balance determination means determines whether or not there is an acceptable range within a predetermined rotation disproportionate amount in the shape of the processed simulated after the material crankshaft. If the permissible range within a predetermined rotational unbalance amount, center hole determining section determines, as the position of the center hole of the actual machining position of the center holes are assumed.
